This was my first Hooters stop on the Summer Trip 2005, and unfortunately the girls were understaffed that night. They were really busy, but they continued to walk around with a smile and crack a joke as they ran around taking and delivering orders. The manager, Joe from Hooters Florida, felt really bad that I had come all that way to see the place so hectic, so he bought me a beer. Really nice guy, as were all the girls.
